We are conducting a research study to explore the long-term effects of a prescription weight management medication— (naltrexone HCl/bupropion HCl ER)—on heart health.

You may have a higher risk of cardiovascular disease if you have a history of type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, smoking, elevated triglycerides, or abnormal cholesterol levels.

You May Qualify If You Are:

At least 18 years of age

An overweight and/or obese adult

An adult living with type 2 diabetes and Hypertension

Current tobacco smoker

"Participants who complete all phases of the study may be eligible to receive up to $900 in financial compensation."
